Terms & Conditions

  1. Children rate is 50% less (from adult rate) for child age 5 to 11 years old.
  2. Package excluded:
    • Insurance coverage
    • Marine park conservation fee at RM5.00/adult (local) & RM30/adult (foreigner)
  3. A 30% (of total package amount) non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days after invoice date and the balance must be paid one (1) week before check in date.
  4. The booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit payment.
  5. We will send a booking voucher after we receive your full payment.
  6. Cancellation made 1 month to the date of arrival, the total price of deposit payment will be charged.
  7. Cancellation made after full payment received will not be refundable.
  8. If no show on the date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  9. Any change of booking date should be charged 30% of (total package amount) and need to make new deposit payment.
  10. Reservation is subject to availability of rooms and confirmation will be on first come first serve basis.
